Nothing to do with iTune, but TrackRecord
If you don't want to answer it, simple delete it, as I cannot find a right place to post it.
I had used TrackRecord since 8 years ago and happy with that. Now I work for another company and looking for a bug/feature tracking system and naturally think of the old friend. It is unfortunately that you are not in this field anymore, but can you kindly tell me what tracking system are you using? I found Compuware still sell TrackRecord. If you know any inside information, I would also like to hear, such as whether the system is still using your engine, which I liked. |

Hi, Tony. I haven't seen TrackRecord since leaving Compuware back in 2000, so I really don't know what they've done with it -- I literally haven't looked at it in six years. Sorry.
As far as what I'm using, since I'm not PC based any more, TrackRecord wasn't an option. Instead, I used FogBUGZ. FogBUGZ isn't nearly as flexible, isn't dynamic, doesn't allow custom workflow, forms, etc... but it works for my purposes here at Shirt Pocket. Hope that helps!

Nice to hear you again
Thank you and it is really nice to hear from you.
I will check and see what they have done and, fortunitely, they have China branch in Shanghai where our office located. Wish you an enjoyable life and work. |
