i'd like to start SD on mount of my ext drive. anybody knows how?
hi.
i'd like to start a saved SD action on mount of my external drive. after the BU i wanna automatically eject the drive (that's the easy part, i guess). i tried making a folder action script on /Volumes but it didn't work. any help appreciated, regards, niko. |

Use "Peripheral Vision" or "Do Something When", along with the general steps in the "Maxtor OneTouch Button" FAQ entry. Set it up to run on mount, and that should take care of it (other than the unmount, which you can do in AppleScript).
Hope that helps!
