Backing up whilst continuing to work?
Is it okay to use SuperDuper whilst continuing to do my day to day work or should have nothing running and then backup?

If you're generally doing 'light' work, and don't have large files open/active (e.g. don't run entourage, vmware, parallels, download files, etc), it's OK to 'work' while backing up.
