Applications folder did not copy to new drive

Applications folder did not copy to new drive

Hello:

I just completed a copy of my Mac hard drive to my new internal hard drive and the applications folder did not copy over.

Maybe this is normal but I am wondering if there is a way to copy it over so I can clear my old drive and use the new one as my main drive.
