Unexpected birthday
Well, today — March 16th, 2006 — is Ketzl’s 9th birthday.
It’s a milestone I really never thought Ketzl would reach, but I suppose I shouldn’t be so pessimistic: I didn’t think she’d make it through to last spring, nor this calendar year, but she keeps surprising me.

You're surprised how deeply you care?! Surely you jest. : ))
Those of us on the edge of your jouney are not surprised at all. Thank you for sharing.
I hope there was a smidgen of cake and ice cream, certainly a new toy.
I will now wipe my tears and go hug my daughter's damn 18 year old cat who refuses to die, as well as the rest of our brood. Hmmm, maybe get barbecue (and rib bones for the dogs) to celebrate.
Know there are plenty sharing the moment,
Tim
Alas, this puts much of the Mac/computer stuff back in (its rightful)perspective.
Birthday cheers Ketzel!
Well.............! I know every day is precious and very very special....! from my last child. Hugs to you Ketzel.. you very good looking friend, you look so young..Hello from ' Handsome ' a new blue eyed black haired feline left to die with his brother and sister in a plastic bag from birth, dumped in a rubbish bin on a railway station platform ( Melbourne, Australia.... I dont't believe it..!! ) Handsome's sister died and his brother has been adopted. Handsome comes home to me in a couple of weeks from the Vet's. Handsome will be 8 weeks and hopefully will live a blessed life with me just like Ketzel and my previous girl 'Mowzer '..
Happy Birthday Ketzel!!!
