Super Duper has stopped baking up!
I have a Mac Mini, using the most current version of SuperDuper, using Mac OS 10.6..8, and having the following specs:
Model Identifier: Macmini2,1 Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor Speed: 1.83 GHz Number Of Processors: 1 Total Number Of Cores: 2 L2 Cache: 2 MB Memory: 1 GB Bus Speed: 667 MHz Boot ROM Version: MM21.009A.B00 SMC Version (system): 1.19f2 Until recently, SuperDuper backups were functioning correctly, on a daily basis. Now, it will not back up, even when I re-set all of the settings. I know that this is a problem for tech support, but the only way I can connect with support is to click on the support link, which tries to connect me through Mac Mail. I do not use Mac Mail (I use gmail), and cannot connect. (You'd think they would give the support email address on the website.) I guess the easiest way to address this is for someone to give me the support email address. Thanks, |

The support email address is a straight "mailto" link (and you can view it in your browser when you hover over the link). You can simply submit your failing log with the "Send to shirt pocket" button.
