PLEASE HELP..LOST FILE on Main System

HELP PLEASE!
I lost a MAJOR file, i do my backups Nightly of changed files and a mail complete backup on Sunday. I lost this file probobly monday or tuesday. .Can i retrieve the file?? from the sunday backup??
PLEASE HELP

As long as your Sunday backup was separate from the others, just open that backup and grab the file from the folder it was in (on the backup, of course).
