SD! always wants to repair permissions
Dear Everyone,
I am using Superduper! 2.5 (v84) on an iBook g4 running OS 10.5.2. I have switched off the "repair permissions" box on the options page but I can't keep SD from repairing file permissions every time it begins a scheduled backup. If I stop the automated backup and allow the program to close and then I pull it up again manually, SD will correctly skip permission repairs. Because of the time difference between repairing and not repairing the permissions is huge, any solution better than manual backups would be great! Thanks for any help. |
