Corrupted files

Dave-
Thanks for the recent help. I have now identified a 3rd file that is damaged and stops the cloning process. Should I just continue in the same manner--run SD, when it fails, Identify the problem file, copy or delete it, and then try again. Or would DW or Tech tool pro be able to identify such files and allow me to deal with them prior to running SD. This run and then fix approach is very slow.
Thanks.
