Need help with understanding SD backup modes
Hi,
I just installed Super Duper onto my MacPro and was about to do a BU when I realized that there were a number of different backup modes. What is the difference between the 2 Sandbox modes and how are they better or worse than "Backup All Files"?  I am backing up to a laCie 300GB FW 800 External. I am planning to also use this backup as a bootable drive from which I can run DiskWarrior if I ever need it.  Thanks.
