Syncing itunes with 2 libraries

I love superduper. It's fast and easy to backup my multiple drives.
I have been looking for a way to backup only itunes libraries and thought perhaps SuperDuper could do this for me.

I have two different itunes libraries. Library A has over 5,000 songs. Library B has 2000 songs. However they both contain very different musical syles and are both adding new music weekly.

Is there some way to set SuperDuper to search the playlist of both libraries, find the songs that are not on dupes and add only those songs to each library?

The end result I am looking for is to have one "master" jukebox with both libraries and a convenient way to back up each library to the master?

Thanks

Fern
