Run out of space?

I have been trying a backup and I get the following error (which I submitted to you):
| 06:38:02 PM | Error | 2010-04-14 18:38:02.447 SDCopy[387:613] NSExceptionHandler has recorded the following exception:
| 06:38:02 PM | Error | NSUncaughtSystemExceptionException -- Uncaught system exception: signal 10
| 06:38:02 PM | Error | Stack trace: 0x92f63378 0x939d042b 0xffffffff 0x9399441b 0x939943ad 0x6c8e 0x5416 0x3405 0xa14d 0x2406 0x232d 0x11

I took a look at my destination drive and I see that is has no free space. How can that be if the source and destination are the same size (160G)?

Thanks.
