Backup Windows-Bootcamp and OS X partitions

I'd like to find back up software for an Intel MacBook Pro running OS X 10.5.7 and Windows Vista Business (sp2) under Bootcamp. Ideally I'd like to backup on my Seagate FreeAgent Go 500 MB USB external drive and backup both the Windows Bootcamp and the Mac OS X partition in one step (note: I am not using wireless - Apple or other - backup systems). I have "Paragon NTFS for Mac OS X" software installed that allows me to read/write on either the Mac or the Windows partition on the internal hard drive or on external drives when booted in either in the Mac or the Windows OS. I may upgrade to Windows 7, so I don't know if this would be a help or hindrance. Will your SuperDuper software work to provide a backup for both the Windows-Bootcamp and the Mac OS X partitions? Thanks!
