Error 75% thru--need to complete help.

I am a registered first time user of this software I am attempting to clone my hd to an external hd using this software but about 75% thru it gives me an error message, this is what the log file states:

It's 40000 characters long and it will not fit here. sorry.

I need to get this fixed asap

Dave, please send the log into support, and I'll take a look.

(I can't guarantee I can look this evening, since it's 11pm, but I'll take a look in the morning.)

In the meantime, please check the Frequently Asked Questions section of the forum. I'm guessing that this is the image conversion bug in 10.3.9 -- there's a workaround up there, if so.
