Cloning a disk image
I have an encrypted .dmg file in a locked folder on my hard drive. When I clone the hard drive the disk image does not get copied if the image is not mounted prior to the clone. Is this the way it's supposed to work?

Um, no, it's just a file like any other and it should certainly be copied. In my tests (done just now) it works fine here, Allar...

On a second cloning of the hard drive it worked.

Could it have simply been Finder not refreshing properly?
