Hard Drive and Backup drive disappear from Desktop
After SD ram today, my icon for my hard drive and the backup drive have disappeared from my desktop. Finder will show my hard drive but not the backup drive and the disk utility will show both the hard drive and the backup drive.
SD itself shows both drives and when asked to do the backup it performs the backup. Is Sd doing something or am I just experiencing a Leopard problem that occurred at teh same time as I ran SD? |

Sounds like a Leopard problem (or that you've changed Finder's preferences for disk icon display). Have you tried restarting?

I tried re-starting and that did not work. I ran Diskwarrior on both the main HD and the Backup HD. Diskwarrior saw both of them and after it did its thing both reappeared on the Desktop. Any idea what happened?

It's possible that the drive has its 'hidden' attribute turned on, and that was copied to the backup. But that wouldn't be fixed by Disk Warrior, unless it was due to some subtle corruption.
