consolidated logs

I seem to be in a complaining mood so I'll just run with it a little longer. One thing that I find a little annoying is that S/D has two separate log mechanisms, one for scheduled jobs and one for manual. I think it'd be nice if there were a way to get an overview of all logged events in one window. Just one line summaries of what happened, when it happened and whether it was successful or not. Each one-liner could be linked to the full log file. Also since it looks like S/D keeps track of update attempts at some level, maybe throw that into the mix too.

Maybe something to think about. (If you have thought about it, I'd be curious to know why you decided against).

TIA,
eric

The scheduled copies window *is* basically a consolidated log window. Red entries failed, normal entries succeeded, 'last copy' gives the date/time.

Doesn't cover manual operations though.

Agreed, it doesn't. But it does cover most usage.
