SuperDuper and XSan

Can I use SuperDuper to clone an XSan volume?

We've got a 4TB XSan volume that we are copying to a 4TB external eSATA device.

They both show up as Volumes to OS X, but I don't know if that means SuperDuper supports them.

Doesn't SuperDuper use ditto under the covers (in addition to other commands)?

Shouldn't this be a safe operation to run a SmartUpdate?

Thanks!

I don't think the XSan is an HFS+ volume, so I don't think it'll work, no. (And, no - we don't use ditto except as a 3rd level retry when the regular APIs fail.)
