Hi, Louise! Sorry that I wasn't able to reply immediately -- as Jonas indicated (thanks, Jonas), I'm on the road at WWDC and not able to check in as often as I'd like.

As Jonas indicated, this is a relatively common problem, especially when cutting/pasting the serial numbers: often extra characters are included. Take a look at the FAQ entry I've created that goes over this in some detail -- you can find it at . Let me know if it helps.

Well, I don't have a lot to go on here: it's likely that an error occurred. To help me figure out what's going on, please send the SuperDuper!.log to as an attachment (don't copy/paste it into the message). You'll find it off your Home directory in Library/Logs/SuperDuper!.log. I'll take a look at it, and see what I can see, and we'll take it from there.
