I'm also interested in backing up 2 drives to one massive drive. My Dad isn't too good with computers and if I can turn two commands into one, that would help him significantly.
I'm fine with splitting the huge external into two partitions if works best. Then I would need a one-click command* in Super Duper to back up both hard drives to both partitions. Is that possible? If not, can Applescript do it? Automator? *ideally a command that can be configured for Maxtor's OneTouch Button
