Backup single Directory... without the complete path

When I backup just one directory, like a directory within my Documents folder, it does backup that one directory, but it puts them in like Volume/User/*/Documents/blah blah blah.

I would like it just to copy the Documents folder, and not have it nested inside 10 other folders. So basically, if I want to copy my Documents folder, on my external drive, I only want to see the Documents folder, not Usr/../.../../Documents.

Thanks,
Bryan

Sorry, Bryan -- we don't do that. SuperDuper! is designed to make an exact copy (even of a selection), and that includes the folder structure...
