A set of logs is kept with each scheduled run, inside its "settings package". The "Main window" contains the logs for the runs you've done manually, and each scheduled job will show its log when selected in the Scheduled Copies window.

You can see the full path to the logs for the appropriate settings by Cmd-clicking the title bar of the log window.
