Question about cloning to a partitioned drive

I would like to clone my MacBook Pro to a partition on a G-tech. 7200rpm external USB-HD. The partition is named SuperDuper clone. The other partition is named Untitled. When I open Super Duper, I get the message I have attached (screen shot) below. Does this mean that the whole external HD will be deleted and made to look like my laptop's HD? I only want the Super Duper clone partition to do that, and keep all the stuff I already have on the other partition.

Thanks,

Richard
