Encrypted Disk Images in Tiger
I store a few important files in a 40-MB encrypted disk image, created via Disk Utility in Tiger. Will this encrypted disk image be backed up in the SuperDuper! cloning process? If it does, will it remain encrypted?
Thank you. |

It's a disk image file on the drive, so it'll get backed up with your other files, in the form it is on the drive -- encrypted. It should be unmounted when you back up, though.

Thank you, Dave. The first clear answer I've receieved. At the Apple Genius bar, they told me it wouldn't properly back up.

That's strange: I don't know why they would tell you that!
