Question Used Restore function instead of Backup

hi dave,

I have a full bootable SD backup on an external firewire drive and had problems with permission and directory repairs with disk warrior on my internal boot drive, so I decided to copy all files over from the external to my bootdrive.
I booted up from my second internal drive (basic OS X installed) and used SD to copy the files.
I however used Restore all files instead of Backup all files (I donīt have time machine).

Is this a problem?

I am using Leopard 10.5.7, should I run the prebinding skript as a prophylactic measure?

thanks
