SD for drive reconfiguration

Dave,

I think I want to reconfigure my drives and go without the sandbox for a while. I'm wondering how to use SuperDuper to make the transition as easy as possible.

Here's my current set-up:

Drive A (150 GB Raptor): Sandbox
Drive B&C (RAID 0 750x2): Full Volume
Drive D (Seagate 1TB): Time Machine
Drive E (750GB external FW): Full Volume back-up

Here's my desired set-up:
Drive A (150 GB Raptor): OS X & applications (boot drive)
Drive B&C (RAID 0 750x2): User data
Drive D (Seagate 1TB): Time Machine
Drive E (750GB external FW): partition A (100 GB) - clone of boot drive; partition B (650 GB) - backup of user data

The question is how to get from here to there with the least amount of hassle. I know I can use SD to copy the user directory alone, which should be helpful. Is there any way to clone the OS X install on my full volume to the new boot drive without taking the users over with it? Any ideas on how to do this?

Thanks.
