Installing new hard disk
I'm upgrading my hard disk in my MBP (core 2 duo). I've seen references to do it two ways. Which is best?
1) - Install new drive in a usb enclosure - Use SD to clone it. - Replace existing drive with new drive OR 2) - Install new drive - Put old drive in usb enclosure - Install OS from CD/DVD - Use migration assitance I do NOT have a firewire drive, so I was concerned option 2 will not work? |
