Deleting all files on Back-up external HD
I have a Buffalo 500 gb external HD I want to erase. How do I set that up?
Thanks. |

You want to erase it with SuperDuper! and make a backup on it, or just plain erase it? Have you partitioned it properly (see the Frequently Asked Questions)?

Hey Dave;
I am getting rid of everything(iMac, external HD, etc) want to erase everything before it goes. It's been awhile since I've messed with superduper and I just don't remeber how to clean the external drive. |

You just use Disk Utility to erase (or secure erase) the drive.
