backup to one drive and then mirror that drive to another?

Hello. I'm looking to get SuperDuper and was wondering if I can use it to do more than one backup scenarios simultaneously.

Here's what I'm planning to do with SuperDuper:
Let's say I have two identical size drives. The first drive will have 2 partitions (one for cloning the boot drive on my macbook; and the other for extra data). The second drive will just function as a mirrored backup of the first drive in entirety. In addition to this, I will have yet another separate drive solely devoted to running Time Machine.

Is this whole scenario feasible with SuperDuper? If so, is there another way to go about what I'm trying to achieve?

Sure: you'll just schedule backups of each source volume to its corresponding destination...
