'Backup - user files' stopped working

I had stopped a backup of user files which was going OK for some reason by pressing the stop button. Subsequent backups finish with '0 files copied.' I have the erase destination turned on. All steps show green on completion.

This is a backup from one firewire volume to another.

An additional question, why does the '3. After Successful Copy' state 'Mad volumename bootable' when I'm just attempting user files?

Thanks, Hal

I'd need to see the log for the run, Hal. Please send it in to support.

The "Bootability" check is always done, and it succeeds if:

- The drive shouldn't be made bootable (and thus wasn't)
- The drive should be made bootable (and was)

It fails if the drive should be made bootable but couldn't.

Unfortunately, due to some internal issues, there wasn't a way for me to "succeed" a step that "fails" (due to something that's OK), and we don't know what's going to be on the drive until we get done with the copy, so I couldn't "pre-guess" its stae.
