Copy OS from one Mini to another?
Hello, I have two Intel Minis with identical specifications. I would like to copy the OS from one to the other using SuperDuper! Is this advisable?

Sure, you can do that, Wendall. Just recognize that things are done in one direction only -- from the source to the destination, with the intention of making the two machines identical...

Thank you. I have used SuperDuper! in the past to restore my G5. But in that case, I was copying the clone back to the computer from which it came. With the Minis, I will be replacing one OS for another. I was concerned that an installed operating system might contain files that were hardware specific. So if that is not the case, I'll give it a go!

It should be handled just fine, as long as they're both Intel-based, and you indicated they were...
