TC as a file server ...
I have a Time Capsule that I use for my Time Machine backups and I also use it as a file server for files that I want to access from all my machines (windows and macs). I have a separate firewire drive that I use for my SuperDuper! backups. My question is can SuperDuper! backup my files on the Time Capsule that are not related to the Time Machine backups? Is another program better suited for this? Is my setup bad? In other words, should I not be using the Time Capsule as both my Time Machine backup and a file server?
Thanks for all your help! |

You mean, back up from the Time Capsule to a local FireWire drive? No -- we can't copy from a network volume.
