I can tell you for certain that it had nothing to do with SD!, because we have no kernel components at all.
I don't know what Executor is, but what's crashing in this case is a JVM. But that's not relevant to the "real" crash, which seems to have to do with a hardware problem... I'd simplify your hardware as much as possible...
