Changing primary user shortname
I need to clone a master build to 8 laptops and then change the primary user shortname to a unique one (of their choosing) for each laptop owner. I know that I can add each particular user as an admin but I assume that all apps etc. belong to the primary user .... and I want to avoid having to authenticate when older applications are replaced by newer versions, etc.
Is there any easy way to do this after cloning with SuperDuper! ? thanks FZ PS I'm running the latest version of Leopard. Last edited by fredzog; 08-12-2008 at 08:18 AM. |
