The file seemed OK, it was a Photoshop file but opened up no problem.
Anyway, I'd accumulated so many exclusions over the years that I thought it was time to start fresh so I erased the disk and now it backed up without any problem. Is a periodic erase-and-fresh backup something you recommend? Thanks and Happy New Year!
