BackUp disk permission repair question

Hi Dave,

After every smart copy, when I run Apple´s Disk Utility, I have noticed that "Symbolic link ./mach->mach_kernel" needs to be repaired.
Is it safe to do so ?

Thanks

Yes. This is something we consciously don't copy, because it's automatically recreated on startup. But it doesn't hurt to have it there.
