Which of the three settings allow full backups.

And what I mean by that is by creating a HD separate on another computer where the user accounts and everything else are brought over too. The last time I tried the user accounts were hyperlinked and that for me won't work.

"Backup - all files" is what you want. If the user accounts were linked, that's because you used a Safety Clone, which isn't a full backup...

Thanks I'm using this for a business and wanted to make sure it could do what needed to be done

Yes, it can definitely do it: take a quick look at sections 3-5 of the user's guide: they go into this in some detail.
