Isn't
eDrive the partition created by TechTools? It shouldn't have created the other things. If it is TT, it can only be removed by using the TT disk (Tools > eDrive > Remove eDrive). If TT is installed in your main Applications folder (as it should be) you can run it from your (booted) SD! external drive. This way, you free up the space on your HD taken up by the unnecessary partition.
