wake call
From reading of the guide it appears that my imac can not be in sleep mode in order for superduper to work. Is this correct? if so, that means I should manually turn off my energy saver and my screen saver or is there an another procedure or program/script that is better? ( now I'm a novice, but I have been reading, gathering data ).
Besides picking a time to backup, have the users on the discussion board come up with a comfortable back up schedule for their data? Please share. Thank you. |

The Scheduling section of the User's Guide does, indeed, confirm this, but also tells you what to do: set a wake event in the energy saver preference pane for one minute before the scheduled copy time you wish to use.

Thank you. Apparently I missed that in the reading. I never noticed that "scheduled" button in the energy saver before. That's very helpful. Thank you again.
