SuperDuper! ignoring a folder when copying

I'm using SuperDuper! 2.1.4 and OS 10.4.11, all most recent updates installed.

I did a quick search of the forum and looked at the FAQ and didn't see this issue come up, so I apologize if this has already been addressed.

I've been happily using SuperDuper! for the better part of a year to make regular cloned "Smart Update" backups of my entire PowerBook hard drive to a partition on an external firewire drive. I haven't had my PowerBook hard drive die on me yet, so I haven't had to fully restore from my backup, although I have tested its bootability on occasion.

Today, when I did my regular backup (backup "all files," using Smart Update), I noticed that one folder (a subfolder of a root-level folder on my hard drive) was not copied at all. I even ran SuperDuper! twice, with the same result. Has anyone experienced this? This particular folder does not have any valuable data on it, but it makes me concerned about what else might be missing.
