LaCie Etherdisk mini backup?
hi
I've been trying to find a way to backup from a networked LaCie Etherdisk mini (via wireless router) to a connected firewire drive. - I can only access the mini as a network drive not USB (I formatted as EXT3, thus giving up USB access) seems like most copy/backup programs only give access to actual "mounted drives" - and not a network drive such as this.... is there a way to do this? thanks! |

or maybe there's a utility to mount an ethernet drive to make it look and work like a firewire drive?

I'm sure that something can copy a network drive out there... one of the various 'synchronize' products...
