Updates slow

I am a new user, using SuperDuper to do daily Smart Update Backups of about 63Gb on my MacBook Pro.

It takes about half-an-hour each time, and copies over 2Gb of data. Is this normal? I would have thought that if it was only copying changed files each day, there shouldn't be much to copy and it would be relatively quick.

Although the SuperDuper reports that the backup is successful, there are quite a few records like the below in the log, could that be the problem? If so, how do I fix it?
