beginner's question
hi
I would like to keep my photos, music and garage band projects on one of the partitions I created on the external drive, to free some space on the HD. 1 - Could someone tell me step by step how to do that ?  2 - If I do that, I would not have them any more on the HD, would I ? but the iPhoto, iTunes and GB applications would still be there, right ? 3 - then, I just work with them when I need to and do a smart update of the partition holding my data, with SD ? you see, I'm really  thank you if you can shed some light! atipani
