Recovered file in trash

Hello all,

Each time I restart my new 13" MBP (snow 10.6.1) I have a "Recovered files" folder in my trash. In that folder I have a file called: com.shirtpocket.lastVolumeList

Other then that all is well - Any ideas?

That's totally OK: it's a temporary file that Apple moves to the trash on restart.
