how do I get my SD pro to download after erase and install

Decided to give it a quick try and the serial # would not take,
Can you give me a e-mail to send and verify that I am entering it properly.

Sometimes I confuse ones and capital I's .

The serial number I have has the following series of alpha and numbers separated by a dash:
10-4-4-4-4-4

Since i bought the purchased edition I do not want back up until I get it as I may may have used a part of it.
