Yes, this looks like your FileVault volume is on a physically damaged section of the drive. Your user has a lot of information in it, and I probably wouldn't recommend deleting it. You might be able to back it up, though. When logged into the FileVault account, you'll find the FileVault "volume" is available in the source pop-up. That's your account information. You can try to copy that somewhere with SD...
