Back Up - All File - Failed to copy files from Mac HD
Hi
I am using Super Duper for the first time today. When running the Back up - All Files option I get the following message: "PM-Error_ditto:/users/administrator/library/Caches/Safari/06/09/./3612128352-1762608352.cache:input/output error" Can you help? |

This means that you've likely got a damaged file on the source -- specifically, a Safari cache file.
The best thing to do is to take a look at the Troubleshooting section of the User's Guide. It'll step you through the process of determining whether this file is bad, or whether you're having other issues. Since it's just a cache file, if it does prove bad, I'd simply empty your Safari cache. Hope that helps.
