Update files on Hard drive from Superduper

I want to update the files on my comp hard drive from a superduper back-up but when it doesn't give me the option. I can only copy from my BU to my back-up or to a disk image. My Hard drive is not an option on the pulldown.
I have been using a temp computer while mine was getting fixed. I used superduper to set up the temp computer. Now, I would like to update the files on my normal computer so I don't lose anything I have done in the last week. I am hoping to get the temp computer back to apple today so a speedy reply would be appreciated!

You've already sent support email about this, so you don't need to post here too. But, you need to start up from the backup, then restore.
