new user clone OSX back advice/help
hi i'm a new user so be gentle ;-)
i installed tiger on my lacie external to test it out with my aps etc, i'm now happy with it. I have panther on the internal and a bootable copy of that on the external as well. so.. what i want to do is clone my external tiger install back onto my internal drive replacing by old panther install. This would leave me with a copy of panther on the external, plus tiger on the external and tiger also on my internal drive which i will use as my main drive. is this possibel by using SuperDuper, by making my internal the destination and my external tiger install the source? any help would be much appreciated. thanks again |
