Older files not getting overwritten

I just started using SD. After using it a few days, I checked the backup disk just to make sure that the files were updating. I have it set to copy newer files. I noticed that the Entorage file (which is huge) is dated the day I started using the program when it updates constantly. Anything I should check? Thanks.
